Hi everyone,
Recently I gained a new cousin, his name is Jude. He is absolutely adorable and is coming here in January. I just can’t wait to see him again. Jude will be 7 months old and he has already started CRAWLING!!! He is VERY messy and he is sobering on everything. Jude will be my only boy cousin. I now have 9 cousins.

This week has been jam packed with things to do!
On Monday my class did robotics. The lady who ran the robotics was called Marry Anne. We learnt how to command the robots to do certain things. We first had to command the robots to go forward, turn around, go back the way they came and turn around again. It was 1 experience I won’t forget.
On Sunday I did Pedal Prix. The Pedal Prix team is made up of 15 yr 7s and 1 yr 6 (me). Our Pedal Prix team recently competed in the 9 hr race. We are also going to compete in the 24 hr race.

IBÂ is all about thinking. First you think of something to make or organize. You then need a Mentor and a guiding question after that you can start. While you make or organize your project you keep a journal. I am going to make a Ginger Bread House.

Since the start of the term 3, kids around Australia have been trying to make new designs for Google search page. My class is also participating in the competition. Once you have completed your design you send it to Google. They will begin accepting entries on the 3rd of August. The theme for your design is: My wish for Australia. It is almost time to go back to school. Even though I love holidays, it will be nice to see everyone again. I hope that you all enjoyed your holidays as well. I did get to see Harry Potter and it was fantastic. I won’t tell you about it because I don’t want to spoil it for you. Did you realise that we are half way through winter now? This is good because it will be great to see blue sky again. I hope that we do something at school to celebrate Neil Armstrong’s landing on the moon 40 years ago.Â
Soon we will be free. Holidays rock! Next holidays I’m going to see my cousin in Hong Kong. But these holidays I’m staying at home. I will probably snuggle up and read one of my books.

Welcome back, I was just thinking that I wanted school to go on for a while. But as this second term comes to an end I am glad to be having time off. I really like the holidays. You get to sleep in, annoy Mum and Dad and play with your friends.
